I will not do any full nudity.
If you're interested, please note me. I only accept paypal at the moment (unless you live in Edmonton. In which case, say so in your note).
Commissions will be sent by email (full size) and posted in my gallery unless there is a request not to by the buyer.
All prices are in USD.
(I'll try to upload some humanoid example sketches soon)
Info on character designs: It will usually consist of two headshots, one front full body, a bust or full shot of the back if it's a complex outfit, as well as any extra accessories that aren't shown well in the image. This is mainly for writers who want their OCs in picture form for their readers or in order to show potential artists (at alleys and such) the full character design without bringing in twenty pages of text.
The examples-
The prices are really subject to how much detail I put into them. [link] would be $18-19 because it only has one body shot, but it has three head shots.
[link] would be $26-27 plus $16 for Kosaka at the bottom. It's $26-27 because it has two waist shots for front and side, but the head is missing on both the full body and the back. While the eye and boot would be part of the price (under accessories), the sidekick (Kosaka the catgoatfish) is separate.
FAQ:
Q- Why don't you charge separately for headshot, bust, full body, etc?
A- Because depending on the character, I put as much detail into a headshot as I do a full body. And since I spend most of my time colouring/inking hair nowadays, it makes sense to me to do it that way. But essentially, the headshot will be cheaper than the fullbody.
Q- How will I know you're doing what I want?
A- If it's a sketch, I'll send you the finished product by email, and if there's anything small you want to change, I'll adjust it and send you the revised copy. For inks and colours, I'll scan the sketch and send you a small watermarked version for review. At that point I'll wait until there is a reply, and then adjust accordingly for the ink.
Q- Why don't I just wait until when you're at alleys?
A- Essentially, the stuff you get will be better, since I'll have more time to do them. I adjust my prices at conventions a) for the time constraints b) for the slightly lower quality, and c) for overhead costs (table fees etc.). Usually they even themselves out on your part, but my colour commissions will only be done in marker and pencil crayon during alleys, whereas you might get the use of my derwent inktense style [link] [link] if you commission me online.
Also, I'm going to be raising some of my prices for this coming year's conventions.
